At Our Cigar Club, we specialize in curated experiences rather than physical products.
Event Tickets
All ticket sales and RSVPs are processed through our trusted event partner, POSH.
Please refer to the event listing on POSH for each event’s cancellation and refund policy. Refund eligibility may vary depending on the event.
Private Events & Services
Deposits for private events, weddings, corporate functions, cigar bars, and special experiences are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.
If Our Cigar Club must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be notified promptly and offered available options, including rescheduling or refunds when applicable.
